Buyers Premium. An 18.5% buyers premium will be charged in this sale with a 3.5% discount for cash, checks, money orders or wire transfer. Wire transfer necessary on any invoice paid online more than $5000. The buyers premium is an advertised percentage of the high bid or flat fee added to the high bid to determine the total contract price to be paid by Bidder. For example, if the winning bid is $100 and there is a ten percent (10%) buyers premium, the premium will be $10.00, for a total bid of $110.00. This amount does not include any taxes that may also be due. For those attending the live auction in person at 1951 W Division Rd, Fowler, IN 47944, there is a 10% buyers premium. For those participating in the auction via the internet there is an 18.5% buyers premium. Bidders participating in-house will be charged a 13.5% buyers premium with a 3.5% discount for cash, checks, money orders or wire transfer. Those wanting to bid via phone bids or absentee placed 0over the phone will be charged a 16.5% buyers premium with a 3.5% discount for cash, checks, money orders or wire transfer.The buyers premium will be paid by all bidders attending the auction, no exceptions. The buyers premium does not create any agency relationship between Bidder and Auctioneer. Auctioneer is the agent of the seller only. Any partial payments will be surrendered if the invoice is not paid in full within 30 days of the completion date of the auction, we do not do layaway. The only time that this policy would be overlooked is if there was a written contract in place between the Bidder and the Auctioneer prior to the auction laying out the terms between the two parties.ALL buyers are given opportunity to pay via their chosen method until 10 business days are past, then we will bill your card on file. Shipping is done separately and it is the sole responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping is paid from their end as the shipping address must be confirmed from their end as well. Any payment received after 10 business days past the end of the auction should be via credit card unless a check has already been put in the mail.

We will send invoices after the end of the auction on Saturday evening. Once you pay your invoice, your items will be packed and a separate invoice will be sent through a completely separate system called Shipping Saint. The invoice is sent via email AND text message from and area code 812 number even though our number is 765-409-4679. We are not always available to accept credit card payments for the items invoice over the phone. If you would like to avoid the 3.5% convenience fee, you can pay via check or money order for the cash total due shown on the invoice at the bottom right, make your check out to Toystrainsandotheroldstuff LLC or just TTOOS, and mail it to 1951 W Division Rd, Fowler, IN 47944, preferably with a printed invoice accompanying the payment.

We do all shipping in-house, no need for you to contact a third party. If you are picking your order up in person, please let us know immediately after you receive your invoice so that we don't waste time, and resources packing your items.

Dinky Supertoys 651 Centurion Tank and 661 Recovery Tractor in Original Boxes. Both toys are in excellent condition with very good original boxes, the 661 does have its yellow cardboard insert.

Marx Series 1000 Battle of the Blue and Gray Playset in Original Box, Set Number 4746. The set has lots of original parts and pieces as well as a number of additional figures from the Heritage playsets. The wagons are nice but the brown harness is broken on the outside pieces, comes with an extra set of horses and harness. The exploding bunker is missing the trigger piece. Comes with two trench mortars and several cannons, four flag bases, poles and flags, fallen horse and rider in cream, sprue parts and some cannon shells. The house is missing but the metal wire piece that keeps the sides straight is here. Comes with original and Heritage character figures and with most or all of the original bags and original instruction sheet in fair to excellent condition. The original box is in very nice shape with the original dividers but does have a couple inner repairs. It has a price tag from Kaufman-Straus Co. Louisville, Ky. for originally $4.98 but reduced to $4.66.

Britains 120 Coldstream Guards Kneeling Firing with Officer in Original Box. The figures are all in excellent to near mint condition but are not toed to the cardboard inserts anymore. The original box and label are in excellent condition.

Britains 2063 The Argyll and Sutherland Highlanders Three Positions Firing and Officer in Original Box. The figures are near mint to mint and still tied down to the cardboard insert. The box lid is missing a portion of one long side

Vintage 50's Britains 235 Hunting Display - Full Cry in Original Box. Comes with 7 hunters, 12 hounds and one fox. All appear to have never been removed from their place in the box as each one is carefully held in place with the original black string. The figures appear to range from excellent plus to mint condition. The original box has tape repairs to one long side and one short side and the short side that had the label is missing.

Group of Vintage Manoil or Barclay Lead Standard Gauge Workers and Little Girl. These figures range from good to excellent and stand from 2 1/8" to 3 1/8" tall.

Group of Lead Figures, Animals and Cart. The citizen figures measure from 1 11/16" to 2 1/8" tall, the tree is 3 1/16" tall, the two carts are marked Made in France, all in good to very good condition.

Hausser Elastolin 9732 Medieval Castle in Original Box. The castle is in fantastic shape but the drawbridge does not work although the small plastic crank is still in place. Set dates to 1964 and measures roughly 22 1/2" x 22 1/2" x 11" The keep extension adds another 5". The original box has writing on it but is still in great shape and would be fine to use as the actual shipping box although we would be happy to place it into a slightly larger box for shipping.

Marx Super Circus Play Set, incomplete but comes with numerous original and reproduction figures. The original figures are shown in all of the first photos with the recast figures shown last. The circus tent is in nice shape but is missing the flags. Comes with all four side show tin pieces and some or most of the hard plastic big top accessories.

Unused Britains 4731 Bombed Buildings Set plus 9780Kettenkrad Half-track with Rider. The Bombed Buildings Set is complete with sealed bags inside which include four figures plus two buildings and a fence. The original box has tape repairs and some water damage. The Kettenkrad Halftrack Motorcycle is missing the rear passenger and the decals, otherwise in perfect condition.

Four Sets of German Lead Flat Soldiers Zinnmodelle and Two Trees. The Zonnmodelle sets include Osterreichische Raupenhelminfanterie 1806-15 and Bayerische Infanterie 1805-15 plus two unidentified Two Trees sets other than the set numbers written on the box ends which are FIW-08 and NF02. The figures are Lionel Lines mint in near mint Original Boxes.The figures stand approximately 1 1/2 inches tall.

Blenheim The Queen's Silver Jubilee in Original Box. The whole set is in mint condition in an excellent original box.

Empty Elastolin 3814 6 Stück Piece Belgian Horse Original Box with a perfect label. There are no horses left but the box is from the 1960's and might fit well into your 60's Elastolin collection.

Britains Premier Series Heroes Manfred Von Richthofen German Air Ace 8934 in Original Box. Otherwise known as the Red Baron, this set is very neat and includes a neat Breast Badge and an Iron Cross as well as a detailed hand-painted figure in a very nice case with sleeve, all in mint condition.

Three Lead Figures with Two Original Boxes. Includes Superior Models Series 76 Robert E Lee kit with figure standing 3 5/8" tall, Bivouac Military Miniatures Roman Gladiator figure kit with figure standing 3" tall and an unidentified mounted figure of what appears to be Napoleon Bonaparte mounted on horse (made in Hong Kong) in excellent condition.
