ONLINE AND LIVE AUCTION WITH IN-HOUSE BIDDING VINTAGE NEW OLD STOCK TOOLS AND HARDWARE SATURDAY, AUGUST 20, 2022 10 AM EDT 1951 W Division Rd, Fowler, IN 47944 We have acquired a contract with the defunct tool and hardware supplier that started their business in the 1940's. We will be selling all new old stock precision tools, hand tools, hardware and anything else that you can think of that would have been supplied at a hardware store. These items are mostly 40-80 years old with nice packaging that looks great displayed for collectors and also is still usable. This is a very small auction in comparison to what we have available to sell, literally semi trailer loads of items are available but we have an issue of available space at this time. Once we get rolling with this, we may ultimately move to doing live ONLY, in-person sales where the auctions are performed here on our property to whomever is willing to attend in person. Those sales would be exceptionally large and have thousands of items in them. We are not yet at that stage but it could happen in late spring of 2023. All online bidders shall pay a 15% buyers premium, in-house bidders pay a 10% buyers premium, a 3.5% convenience fee shall be applied for credit payments or 5% for paypal payments on top of the entire invoice. Shipping is handled in-house but billed on a separate invoice through Shipping Saint, a website that we use to get the best rates. We are always accepting good consignments for future sales, single items or entire collections, vintage toys, all scales / gauges and all manufacturers of toy or model trains, vintage model kits, action figures, comic books, Star Wars items, slot cars, die cast cars such as Corgi, Matchbox, Hot Wheels and Dinky, Marx play sets, vintage and modern luxury fountain pens and more. We have well over 45 years of experience on our staff in dealing with vintage toys, collectibles and valuable items. All online bidders will pay a 15% buyers premium. All buyers that pay via credit card shall pay a 3.5% fee on top of their entire invoice. Indiana residents will also be charged a 7% sales tax unless they can provide us with a hard copy of the Indiana tax exempt sales form. There are TWO WAYS to pay via paypal. One is via Friends and Family which does not charge either party a fee. The second is to have us send you an invoice directly, this will incur a 5% convenience fee because they have raised their rates and I would rather not do business through them anymore, your choice. We would ask that you send the CASH TOTAL DUE as seen on your invoice to toystrainsandotheroldstuff@gmail.com to pay via paypal. Otherwise, we accept personal checks, money orders, bank drafts, cashiers checks and wire transfers. Credit card payment are never run automatically through our system since WE DO NOT RETAIN YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION IN OUR INVOICING SYSTEM NOR DO WE HOLD IT TO CHARGE CARDS AUTOMATICALLY. ALL buyers are given opportunity to pay via their chosen method until 7 business days are past, then we will bill your card if we choose to. Any payment received after 10 days past the end of the auction should be via credit card unless a check has already been put in the mail.
