All online bidders will pay a 15% buyers premium. Bidders registered directly at our website, www.toystrainsandotheroldstuff.com, that pay via credit card will also pay a 3.5% fee on top of their entire invoice, those bidding through Liveauctioneers or Proxibid will pay a 4% convenience fee for credit card processing. There will be no taxes for this auction according to Illinois tax law. We would ask that you send the CASH TOTAL DUE as seen on your invoice via personal checks, money orders, bank drafts, cashiers checks and wire transfers. Credit card payment are never run automatically through our system unless the invoice goes unpaid for 10 business days. ALL buyers are given opportunity to pay via their chosen method until 10 business days are past, then we will bill your card on file. Shipping is done separately and it is the sole responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping is paid from their end as the shipping address must be confirmed from their end as well. Any payment received after 10 days past the end of the auction should be via credit card unless a check has already been put in the mail.

We will send invoices after the end of the auction on Saturday evening. Once you pay your invoice, your items will be packed and a separate invoice will be sent through a completely separate system called Shipping Saint. The invoice is sent via email AND text message from and area code 812 number even though our number is 765-409-4679. We are not always available to accept credit card payments for the items invoice over the phone. If you would like to avoid the 3.5% convenience fee, you can pay via check or money order for the cash total due shown on the invoice at the bottom right, make your check out to Toystrainsandotheroldstuff LLC or just TTOOS, and mail it to 1951 W Division Rd, Fowler, IN 47944, preferably with a printed invoice accompanying the payment.

We do all shipping in-house, no need for you to contact a third party. If you are picking your order up in person, please let us know immediately after you receive your invoice so that we don't waste time, and resources packing your items.

Straits Corp Detroit 1933 1934 Chicago Worlds Fair hall of Science pressed steel toy boat with electric motor. Measures 19 3/4 inches long from bow to tip of rudder. It has nice paint all the way around with minor wear here and there. This example has a cabin with a battery operated light inside, a very nice 1933 1934 Chicago Worlds Fair Hall of Science decal and a tin flag on the deck in front of the cabin. the electric motor inside is dirty but appears all intact as seen in the photos. Comes with what appears to be an original box although there are no markings on it anywhere.
