All bidders will pay a 18.5% buyers premium with a 3.5% discount for cash, check, money order or wire transfer. We also collect Indiana state tax from Indiana residents or folks that will be picking up in person from out of state which is 7% unless an ST-105 form is submitted with a photocopy of your RRMC.
