Prototype Tyco US 1 Trucking trailer with black HP2 Peterbilt tractor . The truck features flame designs on the hood, chrome accents, and a detailed chassis. The trailer is a black plastic frame with an open design. There are also five light green, glow-in-the-dark plastic culvert pipes. The back doors do open as the bumper is pressed in which allows the pipes to then dump out. The small wire sticking out of the right side near the wheels does not have an actual function from what I am seeing. I do not know if there was an accessory made for this trailer but it is my guess that it is a prototype because I cannot find another sold example anywhere on the internet.
