Fantastic MTH Premier O gauge W. V. P. and P. Shay die cast steam locomotive and tender in original box, stock number 20-3023-1. 3-rail Locomotive and tender come tethered and show light to moderate run time but are absolutely gorgeous. This has been upgraded to PS-2 and I am certain that it runs perfectly just like everything else in Leroys collection. Comes in a very good original box with four extra traction tires, two C shaped washers and a tube of smoke fluid.
