Lionel postwar 3830 flat car with operating submarine in brick original box with 3330-109 instruction sheet. Car shows light run time and is C9 but the sub is missing the periscope, the original box is an absolute brick and the original instruction sheet inside is one that I have never seen, a supplemental sheet stating that the sub will operating with greater power using four drive bands.
